Job Description
One of our clients is currently growing!  They have steadily become one of the premier value added service providers in their industry.  This growing division of our client has been around since 1926.  They offer a wide array of material handling capabilities with respect to resource recovery and industrial services to the metals industry.  Using leading edge technologies and specialized equipment, our client recovers, transports, processes and recycles industrial byproducts on a long-term service basis.
Due to our client’s current quick growth and on-going expansion plans, we are looking for candidates who are looking for more than just a job but a true growth oriented career path. 
  • Complete P&L responsibilities for entire site
  • Oversee metal reclamation operations
  • Candidate will manage up to 20 nonunion employees
  • Maintenance of heavy equipment operations
  • Candidate must be able to interact with all levels of employees and customers.  This will include hourly and supervisory personnel up to and including customer's executives.
  • Safety, operational, mechanical, and financial responsibility and reporting
  • Candidates should have a minimum of 5 years Operations/Managerial experience in a related field (ideally the Steel, Heavy Construction, Mining or other similar Heavy Industry)
  • A Bachelor’s Degree is highly desired but will consider appropriate work experience as well
